During the day, I teach Presence and Leadership Communication at places like Harvard Business School and Procter & Gamble.
Blazer off, I’m a performer. I’ve spent years on stage learning what it means to express something real in front of other people.
And at one point, I lost my voice.
My path into this work didn’t start with inspiration.
It started with desperation.
Depression, addiction, grief, loneliness.
There was a stretch where I barely spoke.
Where I pulled away from people.
Where I felt like a stranger to myself.
I know what it’s like to be disconnected from your truth—and what it takes to come back.
This work is about that return.
